UAVs are highly mobile and can reach any location without the need of ground infrastructure, making them a prime candidate for emergency aid. The Institution of Mechanical Engineers hosts a competition to encourage the further innovation in this field of technology. DroneTeam Twente is proud to have won the Innovation Award with VAU2.
